I was trained as a cabinetmaker and achieved Advanced Trade Certification as an apprentice. I started Kitchen Installation Specialists Limited in 1985 and over the next 25 years built up a business that had 16 Tradesmen installing up to 70 kitchens per week. I had several franchised sales outlets throughout the North Island. I worked closely with Consolidate Joiners in Napier who were one of the leading Kitchen companies in New Zealand during the 80s and 90s, installing kitchens in many of Auckland’s apartment blocks including the Metropolis and other significant developments around Auckland.

I was on the NKBA Committee for many years including becoming the National President. I represented New Zealand at the world NKBA conference on Florida. I have been on the Judging panel for the NKBA kitchen of the year competition.

I will do a site visit and discuss project ideas. I can design to suit your requirements.  I arrange manufacture of the cabinets, tops and associated products at 1 of 3 manufacturers I use to produce the jobs under my guidance and then arrange installation under my guidance. I have associated trade people and can provide Project Management.
