Lance has created many laundry’s for homes around east Auckland, many after the clients had the kitchen installed and found the price and quality of the installation and now needed to upgrade the laundry to make the home a better and more user friendly place.

Lance has designed and installed thousands of kitchens over the last 25 years. From apartment buildings supplying all the kitchens for apartment blocks to renovating existing apartments as one offs. Garage Storage
Over the many years of installing kitchens Lance was asked to fit out garages with storage that is designed to suit the households lifestyle. This works very well as everybody finds that their garage space is well utilised when the space is designed rather than just have cupboards from a hardware store installed. There have been some very interesting spaces created.
